ICDTAI 2026: Advancing Future Ready Education in the Digital Age

As education systems across the world continue to evolve through Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and emerging technologies, a significant international academic initiative is set to bring educators, researchers, policymakers, and technology experts onto a common platform. International Conference on Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and Emerging Technologies in Education (ICDTAI 2026) will be organized in online mode on 30–31 May 2026 with the objective of promoting meaningful dialogue on the future of education in the digital era. The conference is being jointly organized by School of Education, Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Division of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and Chhabi Vishwa Foundation. The conference is being conducted under the guidance of Chief Patron Professor Anil Nautiyal, the Organizing Secretary, Dr. Atul Bamrara, an eminent academician from the Department of School Education, Government of Uttarakhand, Dr Vishwanath Gargote, Director - Chhabi Vishwa Foundation and Partha Roy, Secretary - Chhabi Group.



The organizers have shared that the conference has received an encouraging academic response from across the country. Research papers from reputed institutions including the University of Delhi, NCERT, NIEPA, Aligarh Muslim University, Central University of Jammu, Gautam Buddha University, and several other universities and institutions will be presented during the conference. The conference will feature keynote addresses, technical sessions, and academic deliberations on diverse contemporary themes including Generative AI, digital pedagogy, cyber security, inclusive education, learning analytics, Indian Knowledge Systems, teacher education, gamification, experiential learning, mental health in the digital era, and AI-enabled educational leadership. The event has also received best wishes and greetings from the Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand Gurmit Singh, Hon’ble Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, and Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat for the successful organization of the conference.



According to Dr. Atul Bamrara, the conference aims to create a collaborative and human-centered academic ecosystem where technology and education can work together to strengthen inclusive, future-ready, and learner-centric educational practices. He emphasized that AI-driven educational transformation must remain ethically grounded, pedagogically meaningful, and socially inclusive to truly benefit learners and educators in the 21st century. With participation from scholars, researchers, educators, and practitioners from diverse academic backgrounds, ICDTAI 2026 is expected to emerge as a significant platform for intellectual exchange, innovation, and collaborative research in the rapidly evolving field of AI and education.
